Keeping the Human in the Loop

Meet Luke — one of the humans behind Ultro.

AI can answer your phone at 2 a.m., chase down leads, and keep your social calendar full. But it shouldn't run your business on autopilot with nobody watching. That's the whole idea behind Ultro: smart technology doing the heavy lifting, with real people making sure it works the way you'd actually want it to.

Why Luke built this

Technology should serve the owner — not replace them.

I'm Luke. I've spent 15 years in digital marketing and social media, more than a decade in the innovation and entrepreneurship space, and I hold an AI certification from MasterClass. I've also built a SaaS company from scratch, scaled it, and sold it — so I don't just know the technology, I know what it's built to serve.

Because I've been there. I know what it's like to run a business and juggle six plates at once: answering calls, following up with customers, keeping the marketing going, and handling everything else that lands on the owner's desk. That's exactly the weight Ultro is built to take off your shoulders.

Here's what I believe: the best businesses use the newest technology without losing the human touch that earned people's trust in the first place. Ultro isn't here to replace you. It's here to give you back your time, so you can focus on the parts of your business only a person can do.

How the loop works

Smart automation. Clear human judgment.

The AI team does the heavy lifting. People set the rules, watch the results, and step in whenever judgment matters.

AI handles the repetitive work

Calls, lead follow-up, reminders, reviews, and routine outreach.

Luke sets the direction

Strategy, voice, boundaries, and the moments when a person should step in.

You stay in control

You approve the approach and keep ownership of every customer relationship.

“That's what keeping the human in the loop means — and it's a promise I stand behind, personally.”
